V. CARLYSLE HUDSON

Carlysle Hudson worked with Air Canada for 10 years where he held the position of Airport Supervisor. He left to start Mother’s at its inception in 1981 as the Managing Director, a position he still holds. He is also a major shareholder in the company. He is an exceedingly keen businessman with strong operational, negotiating and marketing skills and the success of the company is in no small measure due to these skills his boundless energy and his dedication to, and belief in Mother’s.

In spite of his long hours he still finds time to express his artistic creativity through painting, pottery, photography, choreography and sculpting in concrete.

RICHARD FOREMAN

Mother’s Enterprises was the brainchild of Richard Foreman after scholastic career at Campion College, three years of engineering at McMaster University in Canada and a couple years of work experience. Richard has been the General Manager of the company since its inception and is also a major shareholder. He and Carlysle have worked hand in hand to develop the organization into the largest Jamaican fast food chain. His strengths lie in production, equipment procurement, installation and maintenance; building construction and in information technology.

Both Richard and Carlysle, by virtue of their nineteen years of membership in a strong Board of Directors, have developed into first rate business executives..

ADRIAN FOREMAN

Adrian Foreman has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mother’s Enterprises since its inception. Mr. Foreman was in the life insurance business from 1957 – 1986. He was one of the group of five persons who founded Life of Jamaica in 1970. He was the President of the company from 1977 to 1986 and after his resignation as President he remained a key member of the company’s Board of Directors until November 1986.

In 1986 he became Chief Executive Officer of A.B. Holdings Limited and established this company as a vehicle for monitoring his investments in Mother’s Enterprises Limited (fast foods); Rozanne Limited (a chain of retails stores; General Tool and Supply Company Limited (catering to the furniture trade); Antillean Import-Export Company Limited (sporting goods – now divested); Eurostyle Limited (bath and kitchen fittings), and Dolphin Cove Limited (marine tourism attraction). He is held in high esteem in the business and social community in Jamaica.
