The total cost of owning a Mother’s franchise operation is based on three restaurant concepts.
- Concept A - Patty only Operation
- Concept B - Patty and Burger Operation
- Concept C - Patty, Burger and Chicken Operation
Capital Cost (not including GCT)
Shopfitting, Ventilation, Fire Equipment, Project Management Fee
Legals and Architects (excluding Franchise costs)
"A" operation – approx. US$ 95,000 (approx. 850sq ft)
"B" operation – approx. US$140,000 (approx. 1300sq ft)
"C" operation – approx. US$250,000 (approx. 2500sq ft)
