Quality and consistency is the key for driving sales, and thus Mother’s has spent extensively on the manufacture and distribution of it’s own products, thus ensuring a supreme product of high quality at the retail level.
A highly automated manufacturing process and tight purchase control of raw materials ensure a highly consistent product, and testing is done on a daily basis before products are distributed.

In addition to the main items there are complimentary products, variations on the main products, and value meal combinations. I.e. : Jumbo Hot Dog, Jumbo Hot Dog Meal, Patty Meal, Patty Cheese, Full House Patty, Big Cheese Burger, Big Burger Meal, 2 piece Chicken Meal, 3 Piece Chicken Meal, Big Chicken Sandwich, Big Chicken Sandwich Meal, Ice Cream Sundae, Barbeque Chicken, Teen Burger, Teen Burger Meal, Fish Sandwich, Fish and Chips, and Cocoa Bread.
Breakfast is now a part of Mother’s Menu and popular choices such as Ackee & Saltfish, Liver & Onions, Callaloo & Saltfish, and Stewed Chicken are among the many offerings. Based on customer feedback, we have the #1 Jamaican Breakfast in our market segment.
Mother’s is consistently in the process of Research and Development of new and existing products and is constantly innovating and testing new products that will appeal to customer’s tastes, and reviewing current product recipes to see if any improvements can be made to the already high quality.
In 2003 Mother’s introduced the Chicken Patty to its customers, and in 2005 launched the Power Patty, which is soy-based and completely meatless. 2006 saw the introduction of the Fish Patty and is now steadily gaining in popularity.
