Systems

Mother’s has spent considerable resources developing in-house and utilizing off-the-shelf systems to support all departments and restaurants. A highly computerized Warehouse/Delivery system allows quick and accurate dispatch of orders every day to all restaurants and ensuring adequate stock for production purposes.

Human Resource Software allows the management of the over 500 employees, and maintenance operations software provides for the efficient operation of restaurant equipment.

At the restaurant level, Mother’s has developed control systems on par with the best Quick Service Restaurants in the world, and is used to control inventory, sales, pilferage and waste so restaurants can maximize their profits.

Mother’s is continually expanding it’s operational capability and is continually evaluating and upgrading systems to improve efficiency in all departments and restaurants.

The Mother’s Operations Manual is the "secret recipe" for each restaurant, and is very extensive, covering all aspects of Management and Operation of a Mother’s restaurant, including equipment, safety, security, product preparation, assembly and proper packaging. This is constantly reviewed and updated with new procedures. The Operations Manual ensures that Franchisees attain and maintain the same quality standards for Operating and Managing the restaurant, and is designed to result in –
